Grants

#teamcorrie Cancer Foundation awards $2,000 grants to Union County, Arkansas, cancer warriors currently undergoing treatment.  Please download the grant application and medical form below to complete an application.  The medical form must be completed by your treating doctor.  Medical expenses are not limited to doctors bills, but can also include gasoline, mileage, hotel, and meals for expenses incurred for you cancer treatment.   

There are only three criteria to obtain the grant: 

· The patient must reside in Union County, Arkansas. 

· They must be undergoing treatment at the time they apply.

· They must submit copies of at least $2,000 in cancer-related medical expenses not covered by insurance. 

Grants are available for all cancer warriors--not just breast cancer.
